This year, we are asking families to use a sliding scale when registering for camp. Our priority is that cost should never be a barrier to attending. At the same time, Pride Tree relies on camp fees to help cover the real costs of running camp and sustaining our year-round programming.
Our sliding scale options are:
A: Full Support / Full Scholarship/ Pay what you can — $0
For families who need full financial assistance in order to attend camp. If you can pay more than $0 but not $250 please visit our donation tab and donate (tax deductible) to Pride Tree. We thank you for your contribution.
B: Some Support / Partially Discounted — $250
For families who would benefit from some financial assistance.

C: True Cost — $500

D: Pay It Forward — $750
For families who are able to contribute more to help support scholarships for other campers and assist with volunteer accommodations and staffing costs.

We also offer payment plans, so you do not need to pay the full amount upfront.

Please choose the option that best reflects your current financial reality. This is a self-selected system that relies on honesty and integrity. Because scholarship funds are limited, we kindly ask that full scholarships be requested only if the cost of camp would otherwise make attendance impossible.
If you would like to make a partial payment now and pay the remainder later, please select the payment plan option.
Full payment must be received by May 1 to secure your camper’s spot.
