Programing and Operational Needs

Transportation We need to bus 50 Campers and 20 volunteers up to Camp, as well as, 4 pallets worth of supplies.
Catering Importantly for volunteer training on June 6th and 8th we need to feed the amazing folks who have given up their time to serve camp pride tree.
Eco Friendly Serving Wear We try to minimize our impact on the environment, so we are looking for 1000 biodegradable plates, cutlery, napkins and cups. As well as, 10 wipe clean table cloths
Gatorade (or similar) and Water Vegas is hot in June help us keep our Campers and volunteers hydrated with 500 x water and 500 x Gatorade.
Medical Supplies From a stock of over the counter medication to band-aids, ice packs, and wound care, we need medical supplies to support our amazing health team at camp
Pride Flags and Decorating Supplies We wouldn't be Camp Pride Tree without flags, and full decor of Camp and our Silent Disco
Temporary Turf and Shade Our location is lacking an outside place to relax and program. We are looking for event temporary flooring (turf) and shade tents to transform our gravel parking lot into usable space.
Gender Affirming Products and Make Up Binders, trans tape, hair supplies, make-up, and disposable brushes etc to help our youth have the tools to express themselves fully at Camp
T-shirts Camp Pride is important, we need 150 Camp Pride Tree Shirts to give out to Youth and Volunteers
Portable A/C units To make the cabins cooler in the hot Vegas summer we need 5 portable a/c units
